Every session includes:

  • Custom personal training designed for YOUR individual goals

    • Weight Training

  • Functional Training Movements

  • Deadlifts, Squats, Push Press, Pulls, Loaded Carries and Pushes

    • Cardio Training and/or Strategy

    • Plyometrics Incorporated

  • Nutrition Guidance and Planning

    • Nutritional guidance and strategy is also included within in every package. Now, I do not write complete meal plans becauseI am not a nutrionalist nor do I claim to be one. But, I do have nutrition certifications as well as weight loss specialization certification to help vastly improve the nutrition and diet of all my clients, as well develop a strategy for weight loss optimization.

With my personal training, YOUR goals are MY goals! My entire strategy is about the concept of BODY POSITIVE TRAINING! This type of training is about working with your body structure and type in order to reach your goals. This does not mean having the “perfect” body, this means being your best and achieving your goals, not what society thinks or deems best.  I pride myself on being able to adapt my training style, knowledge, and theories to the goals of all my clients.  I strive to accommodate your needs, abilities, or ailments as well in order to develop the best strategy to obtain your goals. Functional training movements are a large focus of my training style, with movements that directly correlate with daily activity. Keeping these functional movements very simple and repetitive allows you to master and become much stronger in daily movements. I like to incorporate super sets or mini circuits into my training to keep the heart rate up as well as build strength with weight training.  My goal is to motivate you by applying exercises or movements that you enjoy.  More often than not, this leads to more progression within the program as well as growth toward your goals. My ultimate goal is to help you make this aspect of fitness and health a sustainable lifestyle for optimal health.

Training programs and sessions are based solely on your needs and what best suits your schedule, budget, or any circumstance. Sessions will include a combination of weight lifting and strength training, with a focus on compound functional movements that are utilized in daily activity. Every aspect of what is included in the training sessions and the program is based on what you need.

Group training packages are available:

  • 2-3 people in small groups

  • Discounted price

  • HIIT training circuits for maximum calorie burn, as well as weight training incorporated

  • Now you and your friends can train together to achieve your fitness goals at a discounted rate!

Now you can train with up to 2 of your closest friends in order to achieve your fitness goals at a discounted price! The focus on group training sessions are primarily High Intensity Interval Training HIIT. This type of training will utilize multiple weight lifting movements in succession in order to build muscle and burn calories within a single workout. These types of workouts are very time efficient as well as extremely effective at burning a large amount of calories. The best part about doing group HIIT workouts is that it’s fun and non stop!
