About Me
I'm Gary Mullins, a lifelong athlete who has always been drawn to the world of sports. For many years my main focus was on motocross and, even more so, on baseball. During my collegiate and semi-professional baseball career, my interest in fitness and health grew exponentially stronger, primarily to develop and better my own skills. After an injury ended my baseball career, I turned my focus towards coaching semi-professional baseball players as well as earning my master’s degree at San Jose State University. There, I discovered that even though I loved baseball, my real passion was the fitness lifestyle and training people to achieve their fitness goals. My love grew for helping people become healthy, learning to love the fitness portion of life, and just how many benefits there are to overall health. My goal is to train your mind, as well as your soul in order to achieve a healthy positive body image and overall life.
