About Me
My name is Gary Mullins, and I have been a lifelong athlete with a deep passion for sports, fitness, and personal growth. From an early age, I dedicated myself to athletics, with a strong focus on motocross and baseball. During my collegiate and semi-professional baseball career, I developed a growing passion for fitness and health, using training and discipline to improve my performance both physically and mentally.
After an injury brought my baseball career to an end, I shifted my focus toward coaching semi-professional baseball players while earning my Master’s Degree from San José State University. During that time, I realized that although I loved the game of baseball, my true passion was helping others through fitness and training.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to helping people achieve their fitness goals, improve their health, and build confidence through a sustainable fitness lifestyle. I believe fitness is about much more than physical appearance — it’s about creating a healthy mind, a positive outlook, and a strong foundation for life.
My goal is to help train not only your body, but also your mind and spirit, so you can achieve lasting health, confidence, and overall well-being.
